KM Links Game - November week 1

Good morning all, from a typical spring day here in the Southern Hemisphere, where it's wet, windy and perishing !!

I think that's what crofter calls the parallel universe - I know what I call it and it's not polite, however the eternal catch cry
- 'we need the rain' rings in my ears and we won't have to run around with buckets for a few days - bonus !!

Amazing !! - it's November already and i hope we're all set for a brand new competition - shortly one of the early rising brigade will post this morning's link words for us, along with their own selections and the game will be off and running.

Just a reminder at this point - there are no limit to the number of letters allowed, the two-minute rule applies and in fairness to everyone, including my inbox, we only get one shot at it - sorry about that, Prescott !!

Come Monday morning the same routine will be repeated, the comp will close when the links are posted and I'll get to work on the scores.

So Good Luck everyone - joto wears the frown for this month - can they hold onto it through November - no-one's managed to do that yet, and I'd better get out of here for now as time's ticking by - see you all later S

Whoops, sorry about the 'frown' joto - that should teach me to proof read it properly before posting - and thanks eagle-eye,
aka Jools for picking it up for me - yes it should read 'crown'.

Hi riscagirl - the two-minute rule means that if two people post a correct match within two minutes of each other the bonus extra point is awarded to both - this usually happens around the beginning of the game, after all the matches are made then each correct answer scores one point.

Hi Strix - I'm almost too scared to admit it, cos I can't figure out how you'd know, but yes, I do hold that position - just how do you know ????????????
