I have only just worked it out!!
If you substitute 'mind' for 'tend', you will get 'presumed innocent'.
In passing, have you tried 'Odd One Out' on page 125?
I think that there may a mistake, in that I seem to be left with three words pin bun ion, which means either pin or bun could be the odd one out, or maybe I am missing something with the other words
