Based on Phoenix numbers HOPE = 8601
Adding one to each number this gives 9712

Based on Phoenix numbers OXEN = 6712
Adding two to each gives 8934

So based on Pnoenix numbers PINE = 0421
So I added three this time to get 3754

The value of each letter increases by 1 with each word...........difficult to explain.......P=0, then 1, then 2, then 3.... :o)))
