Yes, I agree. It is almost hopeless to get on this link, although I have been extremely lucky to get on here now. There seems no logic as to why it keeps coming and going. I had a post on there yesterday complaining, and got several replies from people having the same problems. Sometimes it is easier to get on Crosswords, but to keep deviating from Quizzes and Puzzles to Crosswords is extremely frustrating. Is it because so many puzzlers are trying to get on the web or what.? Be pleased to see the problem resolved soon.

I use a program called active ports that show all ports open on your computer. Every time AB runs slow I find 7 ports open - 5 are the AB IP address and the other 2 are doubleclick.net (this tracks your surfing habits) so I wonder if the delay is being routed from doubleclick onto the AB servers? doubleclick is only showing when I am on AB.

I was beginning to think it was my computer and gave up on it all together yesterday. But this morning up to press it seems OK.
