Actually, not having been able to put in a single answer first time around today without checking, I managed ALL the answers with the help of Google, and several of the rest with another Google search when I had some letters, eg Grand Tour (although I can see it would be difficult to look this one up "cold".)
The secret of Google seems to be to put in as few key words as possible.

Well good for you anncoombe - believe me I have tried to google everything before I asked on here. I went through the whole of Julius Caesar Act 111 scene 11 to find one word and I couldn't. I seriousl do try. Maybe you could give me hints how to google.
