missing 1
4 Answers
heard this on the radio, but didn't hear the answer
3 men book a night in a hotel , it's 30, they pay 10 each. The manager then discovers it is 25 instead, so he sends the porter up with 5 to give them back, he can't decide how to split it, so he keeps 2 and gives them 1 each. So each man paid 9, 3 times 9 is 27, the porter kept 2, which makes 29 so where is the remaining 1?
Any ideas? We've no clue what so ever.
