Just stuck on two, answers are all related to food or drink.

38. Where traditionally does a clootie dumpling come from? (Is it just Scotland, or is it a place in Scotland, if so, I can't find it!)
40. What is a paving stone a type of?

Any ideas?

38. I don't know if this helps, but 'clootie' is Scottish for cloth and the dumpling is tradionally made in a linen cloth (e.g. a tea-towel)
40. Could this relate to a 'slab' of shortbread or the like ?

40. Tablet ? this is fudge in Scotland

Many thanks Dinkypuzzled, you saying shortbread got me googling more and I have found a site which says it is a square sponge cake! Prescott, thanks for your idea, had wondered that myself but think square cake is the answer.
