Finished and posted but can't see why 17across "Piece of cake pressing black flower is TUBER. Pretty sure the T,B &R are correct. So TUBER, TIBER, TABOR can think of no more!!

Thanks if you can enlighten me.

The answer is TIBER; piece of cake = TIER; flower is a river, i.e. it flows
Tiber is a river ('flower') - Tier = piece of cake + b(lack)
tier - piece of cake +b (black)

Ah well. I didn't want a Dictionary anyway!! Thanks all of you for your time, I never thought of flower pronounced that way. Silly me.
