Tallulah, it's good to see you pitching in to help us mere mortals. I find your clue to no. 96 far too obtuse for me, so I offer a more "mere mortal" friendly clue to barber.
Having said that, have you any super CLUES for the following ,I have answers but don't quite believe them!! 42, 93, and 144 .L- - - - - - - h, R - - - - - - t and H - - - - - - - e or K - - - - - - y, respectively.

I remember Q 96 now. I didn't give a clue. I'd filed answers and sheets away. It wasn't a clue!
Q 42 Yes. what you have.
Q 93 begins with a ends with c.
Q 144 Yes what you have.
Q 65. Is there an a in your word or o. I kept changing it.
