Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

This has been answered before.

Don't think of coat as something you wear - think more along the lines of a coat of gloss.

This is probably one of the best questions in the quiz. Have a good look at it. When the answer finally clicks, you will appreciate why I don't want the answers plastered all over the internet. This quiz has been too well set to be destroyed by lazy thinkers.

I have been thinking about 'layer' etc., but without success so far. And I didn't look earlier because I was - and am - still trying. As for 'lazy thinker', I refuse to be goaded but I refute that accusation completely.

Now that you have found it, do you agree that it is a very well set quiz and shouldn't be destroyed by people posting answers. If they can't do it, so be it, leave it for those who can.
