For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Poodledoo - technically there are 2 notes with no flat - F and C as if you flatten them (ie go down a semitone) on the piano you get another white note and not a black (the flats)... I would think the question is looking for this answer (ie F & C) rather than being too clever as technically you can flatten any note (my husband is a music graduate and has given me a long lecture on this but I have taken the simple answer!). Good luck.
look at the scale on this site, you wiil see that there are no sharps or flats between B and C, or E and F.

I'm not too good on music ! I seem to remember from the distant past in music at school that you can up and lower a note a half step to produce a " natural " ..So for instance F or B or whatever can be written as a natural or an F flat ...all very confusing .
It may well be a trick question ..if not a trick Q indeed "tricky " ....
