National Curfew

Do you think, hypothetically of course, if this country posed a national curfew for all teeneagers, to be in their homes by 8.30pm every night, we would see a dramatic reduction in knife crimes?

I don't think time has much to do with it, the knife crime may go down at night, unless they all start stabbing tjheir own famillies, but what about the rest of the day,
These people don't just arm themselves at night,
although alchohol might be fueling some of the violence,

i can see the police chasing a lot of teenagers around who arn't causing trouble but just want to go out and waisting a lot of their time... while the actual trouble makers will still be out stabbing people.
wont make any difference unless you electronicly tag the lot of them.

Can you imagine how long it would take to train some of these things to want to be a soldier, or any other military personell for that matter,
