Did anyone when they were younger and at primary school make their mother a paperweight from acrylic resin ?
I remember making one with a shell inside it and took it home thinking it was great.
Im not even sure what papers i expected my mum to weigh down with it but i was so impressed with my handiwork.
When really it wasnt that great really.

so has mine in a box now though she did used to have them in a glass cabinet along with the glazed clown and ashtrays

I made loads of little clay pot thingys that didn't survive long. my younger brother made this thing (I think its a pot) which we still have on display

We did pottery at school , but I remember my masterpieces were that rubbishy that they never made it home :-(
