Sour, but creamy with it
Hand me a Greek
Orange/Brown but light as a feather
Just a mere (anagram)
I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Isles flotantes are peaked meringues floating on a soft dessert sauce such as creme anglaise and sometimes caramelised on the peaks to give them a firmer or even brittle texture at the top. That's why they made me think of pyramids, but now I reconsider then maybe my answer is too 'woffly'.
PS I also thought of 'sand cakes' for the Pyramids but I don't think that is precise enough either, and also Rose Pudding or Rose Creme for the Lancashire Reds. Good luck for your quiz.
