Not Middlesex - that was abolished when Greater London was created in 1964. The four were Westmoreland (which merged with Cumberland to form Cumbria), Rutland (which was absorbed into Leicestershire), Huntingdon & Peterborough (which was absorbed into Cambridgeshire) and Herefordshire (which merged with Worcestershire to form Hereford & Worcester). There were also various other changes and adjustments, e.g. Yorkshire being split into 4 counties, Sussex being split into 2, and the Metropolitan counties being formed from parts of Lancashire and Durham.
