Thanks I thought 1987 but didnt seem right.....not sure about the king one they dont seem like 'trick' questions but you could be right, may go with that..

(a batsman does not make nought - a batsman makes nought as a consequence of not scoring a run!)

The cricket number was 228 until Herschel Gibbs scored it in 2002/3. It is now 229.
