Gentille means nice, lovely, in the feminine form.
or Grenouille = frog

Nope, definitely not a word! Gentille, however, can be found in any dictionary.
Maybe just as well I gave up french and did law instead haha :)

Genrille is the name of a friend's farmhouse in Northern France. He does not know what it means, hence my posting to Answer bank!
It probably doesn't mean anything then. We have houses round here called "Dunroamnin" and suchlike. Or it's maybe a place name.
