Wanting to complete this now and am struggling with 3 and not sure about a 4th
57) satisfactory in each item (5)
74) Leave, then serve up common food (10)
89) stroke in golf is out by 0.1cm (8)
clue for 57 and 89 is a game and 74 begins withG
48 is the one I am doubtful of
Midnight and less industry from workers with Windows (7) My answer is Glazier what does anyone else think?

I can give you the answers or clues as follows..

57. is a card game .. a two letter word for satisfactory, within a three letter word meaning each item.

74. is a City .. composed of a two letter word meaning leave, plus "then", plus a four letter word reversed meaning food.

89. difficult to give clue ... answer is Swing (stroke in golf) to include 1mm (0.1cm)

48. Agree glazier
