Why can't the AB Ed block the question to prevent the question appearing? Is that possible?

But how would you block the question?

If you searched for keywords then that would ban questions such as "Which constellation has 7 stars" and suchlike.
Oh no, not the 'which constellation has 7 stars?' question again, squarebear - how many times do we have to tell you, the answer is 'all of them'!
;-)
lol
it is possible to block things .Last week i asked for an answer to a ditloid. The answer was - torville and dean won olympic gold. The site software obviously considered the initials of the last three words a racist term and asterisked it out!
Yes but what I'm saying is that it wouldn't be much use if the ED decided to block any question that had the words "star", "burn" and "7" in it?

This is different from banning potential swear words, as they should never be used on the site.

I'm not a Technical Expert. I thought it would operate like a spam sorter that I used to have on my paid for email provider.
It would be nice Tallulah but I think the only real way to deal with the "star riddle" is to ignore the poster and report the question as a duplicate.

Hope you are well by the way.
