Hi pbeach. Have not done the cryptic today - being lazy, I have only done the quick crossword to help someone here!!

I thought todays was a bit more difficult than usual, with a couple of quite tough questions. Took me longer to finish than normal.

Sounds like quite a challenge then - perhaps I will try and find a little time this evening to solve it.

To be honest, I would prefer the prize crossword on Saturdays to be more challenging; if that crossword was written by one compiler one week and another compiler the next week, it might suit me more! - but then again, perhaps that is what already happens (I am not very clever at recognising one compiler compared to another!).
