That plant is a filbert

Just thought, the picture on the right hand side looks very different to the picture on the link. Also, would they do a whole feature about the Filbert/Corylus Maxima to the left of the mystery picture? Have doubts now, although thanks for rummaging through your bin to find the paper. ;-) Warm wishes, Beatrice35

After some trawling of the web - looking at various pics of Filberts, think now that you were right :-) after all!! Though wonder why they were that obvious in the Telegraph?! Maybe as the picture on the right doesn't look like the pic on the left so they think they'll catch many folks out. The tree looks different at different time of the year this is the explanation!!
