Thank you to everyone who suggested where the bridge might be......I am going to go with wideboys suggestion of the Puente de la Mujer bridge, Buenos Aires, Argentina, I did google the picture and came up with a simular picture to the one I put in...thanks again everyone

How strange is that? That same bridge picture is being used in a museum competition in Birmingham.
