According to Wikipedia, nobody achieved this feat. The Australian batsmen who scored centuries in that series were :-

1st test - Taylor and Blewett
2nd test - Elliott
3rd test - Steve Waugh (in each innings)
4th test - Ponting and Elliott

He scored 2 centuries in 1995 (in Australia) and completed the triple in 1997 (in England), i.e. scoring three centuries in his first three Ashes Tests

Ah, I see now. Blewett scored centuries in his first two tests in 1995 and followed this up with a century in the first test in 1997
