I have only two clues left. I'm probably being very dim as no-one else seems to have asked this one but no 98 Fighter at the opera has me stumped. I'm assuming it's the name of an opera but with some kind of fighting connotation. Please help! Also, I think no 54 is perhaps an anagram of someone loved but, again, it's beaten me!
98 - begins with a 'C' and it is the name of an opera, but is also a plane.
54 - is an anagram, first word is how you feel if you are alone (Elvis sang about it) and the second word is the name of a bird - associated with peace.
You are not alone with these ones - I am sure they have been asked about before.
I think the opera is a Verdi one - based on a Byron poem, and it is also a name for a fighter plane. I am not sure what your answer is newarch so don't know which one fits better. You have me doubting too now!
Thanks for that, Catfish. Your answer does seem to fit, but mine (and I think it's the one that Baitress seems to be referring to) seems ok too. It's on at Her Majesty's Theatre!
