Good morning everyone and welcome to the final weekend's contest and the last chance to pull out all the stops to finish on top of the heap for this month.
At present we have joint leaders - Mrs E & Aquagility together on 7 points and it may well come down to whomever is first off the mark with this morning's crossword, so we'll just have to wait and see.
And if there is an early riser today they might well be waiting to post the links so without my usual preamble, I'll post this and add more if necessary

Sorry about that - one or two interruptions to the smooth running of creating the thread, like the computer shutting down and the main race at Moonee Valley [ see, I have my priorities sorted !! ]
Ok the game plan is as usual - the early riser also gets first crack at the matches and then we all pile in with our own bright ideas - no problem with word lengths - and then come Monday morning, the matches will be posted and the final scores totted up and the winner will be crowned.
Just a reminder I shall be relinquishing my seat to gen2 for the duration of November, but will return for the run-in to Christmas.
