2008 Kinoulton Scouts Quiz

The Christmas 2008 quiz sheet for the benefit of the Kinoulton Scout Group is now available. Last year we had a very successful quiz sheet on the theme of connections, and this year's quiz has built on the connections theme, plus added a set of dingbats.

The "Dingbats" section contains a series of images and wordplay clues which lead to common words or phrases.

The "Connections" section contains sets of questions where you need to identify the common theme of the answers (same format as last year).

"Word Snake" is different from last year, this time providing a set of crossword-style clues leading to a chain of overlapping words in a loop, the length of the overlap varying for each answer.

Quiz sheets cost �1, and there is a �20 prize for the person with the most correct answers. This year there will also be a �5 prize awarded at random to one of the entries returned for marking, so you can still win even if you can't answer all the questions.

The deadline for returning completed quiz sheets is Saturday 10th January 2009.
