Yes, though I doubt she takes it. In the same way that the Queen Mother received attendance allowance.

These benefits are an automatic entitlement,, subject to the applicant qualifying by virtue of age. They aren't means tested.
State Pension is not an automatic benefit based upon age. I think it safe to say the Queen's National Insurance record isn't good enough to get one based on contributions but she would get what is called an Over 80 Pension as she is 80 and been in Great Britain for ten years in the last twenty years. It's �54.35 a week at the mo and in the midst of the credit crunch, no doubt she'd be grateful for it.
