26 is the A N of 1 (Thought it was something to with the alphabet - but maybe not!)

9.75 is the K C P for the H E (Haven't a clue)

C 200 P S as you P G in M (Think it's collect 200 pounds 'G' as you pass go in Monopoly - but what is the 'G')

and
646 C R in the H of C (Think it's 646 Commons Representatives in the House of Commons - but never heard of MPs called Commons Representatives?)

The first one should read (I think)

The third one is definitely Collect 200 Pounds Sterling as you Pass Go in Monopoly.

The last one could be 646 Constituencies Represented in the House Of Commons.
