KM Links Game - November week 5 Results

This will be my last thread that I start on this game before handing the reins and abacus back to seekeerz for December's game.
It will also be the last time I have to get up so early on such a cold frosty morning.

Shortly, or perhaps later, someone will post the links from Kate's Herculis crossword and the scoring can commence.

Good morning, SS, and thank you fot the links. I've just found the Herculis online - didn't expect to.

When nothing appeared within 15 minutes, I went back to bed.

I'm now starting the totting up.

This week, Kate gave us links with many possibilities and then proceded to go for some of the less obvious ones.

Just the ROYAL ICING proved a popular choice, with 15 players opting for it, and first to spot it (for 2 points) was joto as the second entrant.

Six minutes later, beejay1124 found CREAM CRACKER for 2 points.

Another 23 minutes passed before another link (MINI GOLF) fell to london_lassy for her 2 points

We had to wait until the game was three hours old before the final pairing of AMBER JACK was chosen by miss meg along with 'Royal Icing' for 3 points - Our highest scorer this week - ***CONGRATULATIONS***

All that remains is for me to add those to the monthly totals for the final standings. See the next post.

Big surprise was that MrsE failed to score this week! but with such a commanding lead and low scores this week, it didn't matter and so I have pleasure in proclaiming
