Connection

What is the connection between the first name of the man who had a dream, a weapon that could be long or cross, and the outer wall of a castle or the area surrounded by it? The second part answer would be BOW and the third part would be BAILEY. The first part could be any number of people. Only need this and one other to finish a 104 question list.

I used martin as the first one but isnt the connection to do with churches in the oranges & lemons rhyme?

Thanks for that thought. I wondered about Martin Luther-King, famous for his "I have a dream" speech. I also wondered if with Bow & Bailey if the connection could be 'Courts' ie Old Baily & Bow Street.

"You owe me five farthings", say the bells of St. Martin's
"When will you pay me?" say the bells of Old Bailey
"When I grow rich", say the bells of Shoreditch
"When will that be?" say the bells of Stepney
"I do not know", says the great bell of Bow
Here comes a candle to light you to bed
And here comes a chopper to chop off your head!
