that's nonsense. This is a puzzle question not a clue to a crossword. How can you possibly know the number of letters, or even words, in the answer? lipreader, I for one would be intrigued to know the answer if you get one.

This question is not very well worded (not lipreader's fault). The Februarys in question must also begin on a Sunday. The answer is Friday 13th
