Thanks fleurbird-I've got A baby is born for us today, but I'm not quite sure if thats technically the correct Biblical or carol line- perhaps you can come up with a better combination containing the words "for us" and "today", and let me know. I'm getting confused with "For unto us is born this day," which doesn't include today!
I've put a child is born for us today but am not sure thats the right combination either
I don't think it will be baby as that's in the dingbat. Was also thinking around infant. I suppose baby could be child as Smouse says. Will keep at it!

Have you got nos 46, 37 & 38 please smouse?
37 38 lines from a classic christmas song (not a carol) originally written in 1934 and sung by loads of people eg Tony Bennett, Karen Carpenter, Perry Como, Eurythmics, Elvis Presley, Goldfrapp, Cyndi Lauper, Darlene Love, Johnny Mathis, Ozzy Osbourne, Dolly Parton
Has no-one solved No. 46 yet? It's been asked several times, but I haven't seen a single answer, or even a suggestion, for it. Whatever can it be?
