Does anyone know what building this is? Someone has suggested it's at Brighton Pier but I need to know the name of it.

How anyone would recognise it unless they live near is beyond me.
West Pier Brighton burned down. I think it's mangled metal.
Palace Pier Brighton is the other one.
You can google image both and use the magnify facility to get close up.
