MM Links February 2009 [Week 4]
46 Answers
It's the final "Good Morning" to all AB-Linkers from Queen Dusty. However, life is full of beginnings and on this first Saturday in Lent (and I have not yet recovered from eating too many pancakes) my reign is coming to a close. I shall soon be Dowager Dustybun and I am ready to pass over the orb and sceptre to the next MM Links Champion but, with one more round to go, I still need to reveal (as crofter put it) "what she has in store for her last week".

They include listening to Hotel California in Wembley Stadium and the matchless Bread at Hammersmith; Borg at Wimbledon; La Fille Mal Gardee at Covent Garden; Aida at the Baths of Caracalla and (probably the most memorable) the sight, sound and atmosphere of the Passion Play at Oberammergau.
However, I have (as yet) missed out on the really amazing experience that happened to our much loved, indispensable Count Crofter of the Abacus and his lovely lady, the Countess Crofter of the Val-leys, when last week they became grandparents for the first time. I think it is our turn to say:
*** Let trumpets sound and cannon roar ***
*** Let the people cheer & shout Encore ***

As with all previous setters, I shall follow the rules relating to word length as introduced by crofter. Each of my chosen link words contains at least four letters and at most eight. Stray outside this range and you will be wasting one or more of your attempts! Each of my selected words may go in front of or after my challenge word. The competition will officially close at 7.00pm on Sunday evening when crofter will declare my selected words then apply the same rules for awarding points that have been applied during all MM Link Games in the past. My fourth and final set of words to be linked should appear below at 9.00am.
