Don't know about exactly twice but, according to the Guinness Book of Records, "UNPROSPEROUSENESS" is the longest english word in which each letter is used at least twice.

Oh crumbs! I've slipped in an extra 'E' !

That should be "UNPROSPEROUSNESS".
