Yes, I've been sent to the dungeons on several occasions ... I don't think it's a manual exclusion, but a built in mechanism to keep out spammers!

My guess is that it happens after hitting the submit or refresh buttons several times, when getting exasperated with the sites slow performance. (S) ;O)
