Many thanks for your help on this J.
Have any of you answered no.19? - 'Best friend comes round the Close to give protection' (9) or 94 - 'Shakespearean items of headgear come from two extremes' (10)
New lines of thought (hopefully going in the right direction!) would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Could that be "Juliet caps"?

Caps as in polar caps are two extremes.
A Juliet cap is a type of headdress but nothing really to do with a house.
trouble is its all one word
and dont be fooled by not being in a house they are literally anything in a house from make up to furniture
not to mention windows!
I think I may have solved no.94 - ?type of rain hat, but still no joy with 19 nor 52 'The would-be stalker's exclamation of discovery in hallways? '(8). Otherwise I'm finished and happy to help anyone who can help me!
