I've got everything apart from 34ac:
Two lines in stitches, we hear? One making panel chortle, soon set off again (4)
I have ?oro, and 'ro-ro' makes some sense as the definition... but what's the word play? Something to do with 'channel'? Or am I all at sea?

no bathtub, you are not all at sea. Ro-ro is the description of the Channel ferries for cars and lorries ~ Roll on - Roll off. I presume the spoonerism is in the (p)anel (ch)ortle.
