Sorry but I think tyrepill was right the first time with tickety-boo - a ticket is an 'ok to pass'. Plus I am not sure that I have seen this spelled tickity-boo - certainly Chambers and the Oxford Dictionary of English spell it with an 'e', rather than an 'i'.
