Thanks everyone. Yes, of course silly me ended 15a with E instead of A. Must admit that I'd never heard of the word either, except as an adjective with an AL at the end.

I think difficulty level has reverted to what it used to be. It was always the easiest of the week and then went through a more difficult patch.

Afraid I have to disagree - finding this week's really tricky, but found the previous few weeks far more reasonable. Goes to show that it takes all sorts. Tum-te-tum - I'm sure I'll get there eventually. Especially stuck in the top right at the moment... more tea required.
