Im sure the diet pepsi commercial question is worded incorrectly, i cant find any reference apart from Madonna.Regarding the curly wurly question, there is a clip on youtube of Terry Scott with a curly wurly costing 3p ! Unfortunately i can remember buying them at that price :- (

Thanks for your answer I agree with you the incident with Madonna being dropped from the Pepsi advert was in 1989 and I think this is what is being refered to . I've seen it somewhere that curly wurlys cost 8d when they first came out which equates to 3p.
