Melksham date section

I have spent 5 hours today on this section and still cant do it

Is anyone else having the same problem

I know different sites give different dates but can only find one date for bach birth, one for first st leger and they arent on the list and thats just for starters

Didnt expect this section to be the killer one

Have only had a quick look at this quiz but agree with you that the dates I have found for Bach's birth and the first st leger are not on the list

Its an awful shame if there are mistakes on this section as it ought to have been the easiest

Not got exact questions as not got quiz.
St Leger first run 1915 in Guinness book of sports results.
May be a different St Leger?
The race was had a different name to begin with.
Is Beatrice still around?

Irish St Leger first run 1915 and The Classic St Leger 1776
had no name until 1777 after horse that came second.

I've rung and left a message
It isnt spoiling the quiz
but can only find May 9th for Blood stealing crown jewels
September 24th for St Leger
and 21st (or 31st depending on calendar) for birth of Bach

you are given certain numbers to choose from and none of these numbers are in the options

and to add I have tried lol spent another 2 hours on this section today trying to make the dates I do have fit lol

I've found the same numbers as you and can only find 6th for modern olympic games but havent had a good look for that one yet.

I have actually managed 12 then either the dates dont exist or I have used them
