MM Links July 2009 [Week 4]
42 Answers
Good morning and welcome to my fourth and final week as Queen Julia of the Links.
Well, next Saturday sees the beginning of August and the holiday season will be well underway. We will all have our eye on the weather, hoping that it will be good for our break. But then, we all like different things from our holidays. Maybe you like sailing, visiting historic sites or lounging on the beach either at home or abroad. Some of us may prefer to go walking across the hills, dales and woodlands of our beautiful country, or do you like the mountains and skiing? Whatever your choice of holiday, I hope that you all have or have had a wonderful time.

We will start in Istanbul, then drive with our daughter-in-laws family (who live in Istanbul) to the Bodrum peninsular visiting Ephesus on our way. We are really excited about it. We will be combining lounging and visiting historic sites and there are lots of both to be had in Turkey.
In week two, I told you that our son was on the shortlist for his job with the BBC. He has been on contract with them and we found out last week that he is to be made permanent. We are very pleased for him, it will give him the stability he needs now that he is a family man.

As for this weeks MM Links Game, I shall follow the rules relating the word length as introduced by crofter. Each of my chosen link words contains at least four letters and at most eight. Stray outside this range and you will be wasting one or more of your attempts! Each of my selected words may go in front of or after my challenge word. The competition will officially close at 7.00pm on Sunday evening when my selected words will be declared, and points awarded in the usual manner. My fourth and final set of words to be linked should appear below at 9.00am.
