I do have one that I print off for our local.
I printed it from a bought whist score card and got 3 on an A 4 which I just print off 5 sheets each week. I do try to use paper that is thicker than the 80 gms but found it expensive. Now I use the clean side of letters from firms. Provided of course there is nothing personal on it.
