I don't particularly enjoy alcohol myself - I'll have a drink if we go out for a meal, but I do not just go out for a drink. I used to of course when I was younger but I have only been drunk once (champagne) and the hangover wasn't worth it. I bet you think I'm a miserable sod now. Each to his own as they say.

Just to say that I was wondering where Lie-in was earlier. I had actually managed to answer a couple of questions, so was thinking I hope Lie-in is ok!!!!!

Fine thanks Lie-in. Just doing a mad clean up of the house as daughter, son in law and new grandson coming next weekend from Chicago, but hey, everyone needs a relax with a coffee on answerbank from time to time. (or in your case a vodka! Dont mention my alcohol problem......)

Just been preparing the veg, I will have to go in a minute and give the dinner 100% attention. Don't want to ruin the fillet steak, asparagus, kidney beans and new potatoes - followed by chocolate pudding, fresh raspberries and cream - they cost a bloody fortune!
Maybe we'll meet on here tomorrow? Can't see me managing to complete 2 crosswords 2 days running!
