You have not got enough info to answer the question. There are 3 time zones in Oz. Perth in the west is 8 hrs ahead and Sydney in the east is 10 hrs ahead, BUT Sydney is currently on Daylight Saving Time, so is 11hrs ahead, but Perth doesn't use DST, so is still 8 hrs ahead. Also, is it 10am BST or GMT in England. Very confusing ain't it!!
