Looks like Florizel who was also a prince in 'A Winters Tale'.

but a piece of trivia "Florizel Street" was the working title for what became Coronation Street
It is Florizel. I've just googled 'Florizel, Prince of Wales' and the 5th entry tells that that was Prinny's pen name.
