Hi thanks for all ideas I am not sure about planning blight? carriage trade? or express rifle?
Eg. Carriage trade
Upper-class people of wealth and social position, those wealthy enough to keep carriages, were referred to as carriage folk or carriage trade.
Eg .Express rifle
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Express_rifle
Eg..Canal zone
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canal_Zone
I think we have all given good answers
Then, as I said earlier, please feel free to look them up for youself. The answers you have been given are by some of the most respected contributers to Answerbank (exluding myself, of course)
planning blight
Difficulty in selling or developing a site, building, etc., because it is affected by a government or local-authority development plan.
That would be Excluding!
