Hi puzzlesRus I can see that Latvian is 'of 22', of Riga .... but could you explain the rest of the clue to me please? I've been looking at the clue for 5 minutes and still don't understand it:o)

Hi again PuzzlesRus and thanks for the explanation. I think the final n comes from 'number to double', i.e. two numbers, giving the L as you said and N (number). Thanks again. Regards, Judy
