Is this a phrase or sngle word? If so, SERIAL is nearest I can see. In order they give these possible links: Letter from America, Gone With The Wind, Ugly Betty, Coronation Street, and DEXTER - the only one which itself is the title name - involves a serial killer. But GWTW is a film and not a serial. Maybe SERIES, but Scarlet still doesn't fit satisfactorily. Best I can do.
